Job summary

DoorDash’s Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team is seeking an Associate to own one or more product initiatives end to end, partnering with S&O, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing. This role suits a strategic operator who can move fast and wear many hats.

You will own zero-to-one experiments, shape the roadmap with Product, and work with merchants and frontline teams to identify gaps worth solving.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder-type roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives: take end-to-end ownership, define goals and results, build business case and go-to-market plan.
• Lead cross-functionally: align Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Support behind a plan.
• Analyze: blend data analysis with merchant insights to guide decisions and translate findings into action plans.
