Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to pilot and scale product features that enhance delivery quality, ensuring on-time, correctly labeled orders with strong failure options. You will partner across teams to turn insights into real product improvements, wearing many hats from analytics to go-to-market planning.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
Intermediate SQL experience strongly preferred.
Customer-obsessed mindset across clients, merchants, or dashers.

Responsibilities

Design testing frameworks and go-to-market plans for product features.
Partner with product and engineering to sharpen tools that improve quality.
Build models to evaluate economics and patterns and inform decisions.
Design and run test plans to measurably improve merchant and dasher quality.
