Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team to own a set of products end to end. You will set strategy, priorities, and KPIs in partnership with Product, and lead Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing efforts to bring them to market.

The role calls for strong analytical horsepower, executive presence, and the ability to move fast in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder‑type roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in SQL preferred.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams without a fully defined brief.
• Ability to translate insights into actions for merchants and scale initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the product line end‑to‑end: define strategy, goals, KPIs, and invest priorities.
• Lead cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, Marketing and Support.
• Analyze data and qualitative merchant feedback to guide decisions.
• Design and launch zero‑to‑one tests and AI‑powered tools.
• Represent the merchant voice to influence roadmaps and go‑to‑market plans.
• Scale learnings by codifying frameworks and repeatable processes.
