You will partner with SE leadership to accelerate technical wins, optimize coverage models, and drive measurable productivity improvements across GTM, sales, and engineering. This role anchors data-driven decision making and process invention in a fast-growth, AI-native platform company.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Strategy & Operations or Revenue Ops at a high-growth B2B software company.
• Strong analytical horsepower with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Salesforce and GTM tech stack a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and drive execution for Solutions Engineering leadership.
• Improve GTM workflows, data architecture, and pilot-to-close metrics.
• Lead strategic initiatives from thesis to rollout and measured results.
• Build tech-enabled processes to scale the SE organization from 0 to 1.
