Job summary

Serval is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations leader to partner with Sales leadership and run the day-to-day go-to-market engine in San Francisco. You will identify growth levers, shape forecasts, and own cross-functional initiatives from concept to measurable results.

You will codify sales processes, automate workflows, and drive adoption of AI where relevant, building a data-driven culture and scalable systems. This onsite role anchors our GTM practice.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations, Revenue Ops, or Business Ops at high-growth B2B software.
• Proven ability to drive open-ended initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong analytical horsepower: structure questions, pull data, derive insights, and recommend actions.
• Expertise collaborating with senior sales leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and GTM tech stack (Gong, Outreach or Amplemarket, Clay).

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction with Sales leadership and define high-leverage growth levers.
• Improve forecasting accuracy across reps, segments, and the company.
• Implement scalable operating cadence for pipeline, reviews, and forecasting.
• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives from thesis to rollout and impact.
