Job summary

Nominal is building the Hardware Intelligence Platform and seeks a versatile operator to help scale its Business Operations function in a high-growth phase. The role touches strategic planning, performance management, corporate development, investor relations, and partnerships.

You will work across disciplines to build alignment, develop metrics, and drive cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth while maintaining rigor and control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of career experience in internal strategy, operations or finance roles.
• Ability to operate across functions with context-switching between work types.
• High EQ and ability to work with diverse personalities and seniority levels.
• Strong quantitative mindset with data-driven decision making.
• End-to-end ownership from issue framing to resolution.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to do whatever needs doing with a low ego and bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Run the business: translate strategy into operational rhythms and cascade it through the org.
• Conduct FP&A, budgeting, and capital allocation support.
• Drive corporate development including fundraising, investor relations, M&A, and partnerships.
• Build scalable go-to-market infrastructure: pricing, packaging, campaigns, collateral.
• Support new market entrance with research and value proposition articulation.
• Develop metrics and real-time insights for leadership decision making.
• Establish scalable processes and cultivate a best-in-class culture across teams.
• Pitch in across functions as needed to accelerate pace and quality.
