Job summary

Nscale is seeking a high-impact operator to partner with senior leaders and execute across Commercial, Infrastructure, Product, GTM, Finance, IT and Operations. This role will shape operating models, pressure-test decisions, and own implementation across a fast-growing startup.

Ideal candidates combine sharp analytics with hands-on execution, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and a bias for speed while maintaining rigor and clarity in communication.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, investment, or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of owning initiatives end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence through clarity and logic.

Responsibilities

• Frame and solve high-priority strategic and operational challenges with leadership.
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects from concept to impact.
• Translate strategy into concrete actions with owners, milestones, and success metrics.
• Act as connective tissue across People, Product, Commercial, Infrastructure, Finance and Operations.
• Identify gaps in processes or information flow and design systems to improve execution.
