Job summary

You will work with senior leaders to design, run, and continuously improve operational systems that connect strategy to execution, and you will own outcomes end-to-end, raising the company's operational ceiling.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in high-growth tech ops roles.
• Proven track record building and owning operational systems.
• Experience with annual planning, OKR/SOKR-style goal setting.
• Automation-first mindset with data pipelines and AI workflows.
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Run annual planning and frameworks for leadership, continuously improving processes.
• Build, automate, and scale central operations infrastructure.
• Translate strategy into operational reality for leadership forums and ensure follow-through.
• Drive continuous operational improvement with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
