Lancesoft is seeking a Strategy & Operations Contractor to help grow our subscription business. You will own the ideation and execution of initiatives that drive adoption and retention: finding the customer problem, sizing the opportunity, building the business case, and launching the solution.

The role fits someone who can take a rough goal with light supervision and come back with the analysis, a recommendation, and a plan.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL and financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to structure broad questions, form a hypothesis, and present a plan.
• Experience leading cross-functional work without direct authority and communicating to leaders.
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up analysis and automate repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose member problems and identify root causes beyond symptoms.
• Strategize by turning findings into a clear recommendation and rationale.
• Analyze with SQL and financial models to size opportunities and justify the business case.
• Execute by designing and running tests and launches to improve the DashPass experience.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to move decisions forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose: Dig into member problems, from why people join to why they cancel, and find the root cause rather than the symptom.
• Strategize: Turn what you find into a clear recommendation on what we should do and why.
• Analyze: Pull your own data with SQL and AI tools, and build financial models that size opportunities and make the business case.
• Execute: Design and run tests and launches that measurably improve the DashPass member experience.
• Collaborate: Work across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to move decisions forward.

Qualifications

You have 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar analytical role. You bring sound strategic thinking and are comfortable with ambiguity. Given a broad question, you structure it, form a hypothesis, and come back with a plan. You are strong in SQL and financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets, and you pressure-test your own numbers. You turn analysis into a point of view: what the numbers mean, what we should do, and what you would look at next. You use AI tools to work faster, from drafting queries to automating repetitive analysis. You have led cross-functional work without direct authority, and you communicate clearly to working teams and senior leaders. You are customer obsessed and start every problem from the member’s experience.
