Position: Strategy & Operations Contractor

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Pay Range: $20/hr - $23/hour on W2 without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience)

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, data-driven, hands-on builder who can help develop a new business and is comfortable taking initiative and working across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects from beginning to end, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Balance multiple initiatives and manage cross-functional teams to drive consumer financial product adoption and engagement.

Contribute directly to the consumer finance business from strategy to operations.
Launch and scale new products while managing existing ones.

Manage
Own and lead multiple large-scale projects from concept to launch.
