Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate for DashPass to influence the subscriber experience, generate insights and test new products. You’ll lead strategy development and cross-functional execution across Teams, driving growth and retention initiatives.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, blending in-office and remote work with flexibility, and engage with Product, Analytics, Finance, Marketing and Legal to translate ideas into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in strategy, operations, product, growth or related areas.
• Analytics experience in SQL, building financial models and tracking performance.
• Proven track record leading initiatives in cross-functional teams.
• Able to translate overarching strategy into concrete actions and tests.
• Bias toward action with ability to drive initiatives across functions.
• Strong structure and organization when collaborating with product, tech, marketing, finance and legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and implementation of growth and quality initiatives.
• Run experiments to improve subscriber retention and test new products or experiences.
• Dive into data and explain market performance at a granular level of detail.
• Translate ideas into actionable tests and see initiatives through to execution.
• Partner with multiple teams to build, launch, and scale opportunities.
• Assess operational and financial impact and iterate based on insights.
