AIApply is seeking an Operations & Strategy lead to work with the founders on growth levers, financial Modeling, vendor processes, and internal tooling. You will own analyses, optimize operations, and manage strategic projects across the business.
The role emphasizes high ownership, broad scope, and fast feedback, with remote-friendly and competitive compensation. You will interact with multiple functions and report on key metrics and budgets.
AIApply is hiring an Operations & Strategy lead to work directly with the founders on the problems that decide how fast the company grows. One week that means building the financial model behind a pricing change; the next it means untangling a vendor process, standing up internal tooling, or running a strategic analysis of a new market. High ownership, broad scope, fast feedback.
Run strategic analyses — pricing, market sizing, unit economics, build-versus-buy — and turn them into recommendations leadership can act on.
Own and improve internal operations: tooling, vendors, workflows, documentation and internal automation.
Build and maintain financial and operating models; track budget, burn and key business metrics.
Lead special projects end to end, from problem definition through implementation and handover.
Partner with every function to remove operational bottlenecks before they become blockers.
Establish reporting rhythms that keep the company aligned on the numbers that matter.
3+ years in strategy, business operations, consulting, investment banking or a founder/operator role at a startup. Exceptional analytical and spreadsheet skills, strong written communication, and a bias toward implementation rather than recommendation decks. SQL and comfort with no-code automation are strong advantages.
Must-haves: 3+ years in strategy, business operations or an equivalent analytical role, advanced financial modelling ability, excellent structured problem solving, and evidence of independently owning projects to completion.
