Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or startups.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills for board-ready deliverables.
• Proficient with Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build models and dashboards to track KPIs and opportunities.
• Create leadership deliverables and board-ready memos.
• Analyze financials and operations to surface insights.
• Manage cross-functional projects aligned with company priorities.
• Support marketing and growth initiatives as needed.
• Own problems end-to-end from identification to solution.
