Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team in San Francisco to own one or more product initiatives end-to-end. You will develop strategy, define key results, and drive execution in partnership with S&O, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing.

This role requires a strategic operator who can move fast and wear many hats. You will own zero-to-one experiments and initiatives that improve products at scale, shape the roadmap with

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder-type roles
• Experience taking a product from inception through launch and into growth
• Strong analytical background with the ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights (SQL preferred)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Founder's mindset with bias for action and ownership

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives end-to-end: strategy, goals, business case, and go-to-market planning.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
• Analyze data and gather qualitative merchant insights to guide decisions.
• Design and launch zero-to-one tests and pilot tools or prototypes.
• Represent merchants to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market priorities.
• Scale learnings by codifying repeatable processes and best practices.
