Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team to own one or more product initiatives from end to end. You will define strategy, key results, and drive execution in partnership with S&O, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing.

This role blends analytical, operational, and strategic work, requiring the ability to move quickly, wear many hats, and build strong relationships with merchants to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder-type roles.
• Experience taking a product or initiative from inception through launch and into growth.
• Proven ability to analyze large data sets and synthesize insights to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product initiatives and drive strategy, goals, and business case.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Marketing) without formal authority.
• Analyze data and merchant feedback to guide decisions and prioritise roadmaps.
• Design and launch zero-to-one tests and pilot tools or prototypes.
• Represent merchant needs to influence product roadmaps and GTM priorities.
• Scale learnings by codifying repeatable frameworks and enablement.
