DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team to define and lead go‑to‑market bets that scale our SaaS business nationwide. You will own plans from scratch, drive execution, and secure cross‑functional buy‑in to achieve strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring a self‑starter mindset and strong analytical capabilities, with 4+ years in high‑performance cultures. SaaS experience is a plus; compensation reflects location and experience.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience in high‑performance cultures (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related).
• High‑growth SaaS experience is nice‑to‑have, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross‑functional workstreams addressing Digital Ordering’s most unique and challenging questions.
• Shape strategies, workstreams, and playbooks across GTM priorities with senior stakeholders across GTM, product, marketing, and beyond.
• Design and influence the GTM sales motion at each stage of the sales funnel to communicate value to Merchant partners.
• Get to the lowest level of detail and scale the go‑to‑market engine by deep diving data and qualitative feedback.
• Analyze data and feedback to provide insights and recommendations to grow the business.
