Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team to own a set of first-party products end to end. You will set the strategy and priorities, partnering with Product to drive growth and lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing.

You will own zero-to-one experiments alongside products at scale, shaping the roadmap with Product and working directly with merchants and frontline teams to identify

Responsibilities

• Own the product line end-to-end: set strategy, define goals/KPIs, and drive launch and growth.
• Lead cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Support.
• Analyze data and merchant feedback to guide strategic decisions and actions.
• Design and launch zero-to-one tests and pilot AI-powered tools; build demos or prototypes.
• Represent the merchant to shape roadmaps and go-to-market priorities.
• Scale learnings by codifying repeatable frameworks and enablement across the org.
