Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager to lead strategy and execution for Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets across cities, states, and countries where pay, benefits, and working conditions are shaped by minimum earnings guarantees, pay transparency requirements, and other logistics specific regulation.

You'll own a portfolio of KRs across some of our highest priority business problems by getting into the weeds to understand what's happening on the ground, using data and customer insights

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analysis and synthesis from multiple sources.
• Able to crunch data in SQL/Excel independently.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate decision making.
• Comfort with ambiguous, fast-moving problems with legal/financial stakes.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of KRs across regulatory markets and set strategy with execution plans.
• Use data-driven analyses combining quantitative and qualitative information to identify opportunities.
• Define and test hypotheses, leveraging AI to accelerate learnings and scale successful strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive alignment.
