Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager to help lead strategy and execution for our Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets—spanning multiple cities, states, and countries where pay, benefits and working conditions are shaped by regulation.

You will own a portfolio of key results across these markets, use data and customer insights to identify opportunities, develop and test hypotheses, and partner cross-functionally to bring scalable solutions to life.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory, or related experience.
• Ability to analyze data, synthesize information, and decide based on quantitative and qualitative insights; comfort with SQL/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of KRs across regulatory markets and define the strategy and execution plan to hit goals.
• Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and inform next steps.
• Operate at a detailed level to build foundational knowledge and provide leadership recommendations.
• Define and test hypotheses, leverage AI to accelerate learnings, and scale successful strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance and Marketing.
