Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is hiring an Associate Manager for the Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets to lead strategy and execution across cities, states, and countries where pay, benefits and working conditions are shaped by regulation.

You will own a portfolio of KRs, develop hypotheses, and partner with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance and Marketing. You will report to a Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team, using data and customer insights to drive scalable solutions and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory, or related fields.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, balance quantitative metrics with intuition, and own ambiguous problems with legal/financial stakes.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel for data-driven decision making.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate learnings and decision making.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of KRs across regulatory markets and set strategy with execution plans.
• Perform data-driven investigations using quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities.
• Develop and test hypotheses, then scale successful strategies across the org.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and progress from analysis to action.
