Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager to lead strategy and execution for the Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets. You will own a portfolio of key results across cities, states, and countries, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop scalable solutions.

You will report to a Senior Manager on the Dasher & Logistics team. You will collaborate with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to implement impactful changes, test

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory, or related experience.
• Ability to analyze data with SQL/Excel and balance quantitative analysis with an intuitive approach to ambiguous issues with legal/financial stakes.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate learning and decision making, e.g., Claude or Cursor.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication across teams and leadership levels.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of KRs across regulatory markets, setting strategy and execution plans to hit goals.
• Use data-driven analysis to uncover opportunities and test hypotheses.
• Work with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive alignment.
• Define and test hypotheses using experimentation and AI to scale successful strategies.
• Develop foundational knowledge of the problem space and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Grow through new challenges and responsibilities while collaborating with partners.
