Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Share Strategy and Operations Lead, GTM xWS to join a strategy team working with the xWS VP and Alphabet executives on critical priorities.

You will independently scope, shape, lead, and steer projects, communicating complex problems clearly and aligning stakeholders across the business. You will help the Go-to-Market Operations team set strategy and ensure flawless execution, driving cross-functional collaboration and data-driven recommendations across global product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Scope, own, and lead cross-functional initiatives for xWS, driving delivery from initial shaping to final execution.
• Identify and structure critical business problems, distilling complex data into core issues and actionable, high-impact recommendations.
• Secure buy-in across a large, matrixed organization, aligning resources, direction, and international teams across multiple time zones.
• Drive organizational change plans for long-term initiatives, skillfully pivoting messaging and strategy based on stakeholder feedback.
• Manage simultaneous execution of multiple initiatives while preemptively mitigating risks and collaborating seamlessly across Google product areas.
