Job summary

Google is seeking a senior leader to drive business operations for the Cross Product Solutions (XPS) organization within the Global Product Solutions Strategy and Operations team. You will partner with executive leadership to align product direction, GTM strategy, and operating plans.

You will manage annual planning, headcount and OpEx, and help shape the culture and learning efforts across the XPS organization, ensuring alignment with regional and product priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• 5 years working with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the thought partner to the VP of Cross Product Solutions (XPS) for running efficient and optimal business operations.
• Manage the business operations for the XPS organization including OpEx and headcount management, preparing for team offsites and monthly town halls.
• Partner with the VP of XPS and People Operations to establish and grow the team culture.
• Lead annual planning and development of key metrics (OKRs) to track progress on GBO, GTM and XPS priorities.
• Identify opportunities for streamlined go-to-market operations based on regional and channel trends/market feedback.
