Google is seeking a strategic leader to join the Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team and work closely with the xWS VP and other executives. You will scope, shape, and drive high-impact projects across the Extended Workforce Solutions, translating complex problems into executable plans and coordinating with global teams across time zones.

You will be a part of a strategy team which works very closely with the Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) VP, leads and other executive leaders across Alphabet on some of their most critical priorities. You will be asked to independently scope, shape, lead and steer projects and drive impact across key strategic questions for the business. This will require you to simplify and effectively communicate these problems, advocate for and challenge stakeholders and collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders across the business.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
