Google is hiring for a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate to support go-to-market initiatives within the Go-to-Market Operations team. You will work across International Growth and the Tech and Lifestyle Services sector, shaping strategy, operating models, and performance insights.

You will manage project components with limited guidance, distill insights from data, and partner across teams to drive scalable business solutions that align with company priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help develop a sales activation strategy to achieve business objectives, including annual and quarterly plans.
• Activate the strategy through execution, enablement, and change management to ensure key activities are delivered and goals achieved.
• Help drive business cadence and streamlined operations to deliver effective and efficient operations and results.
• Identify, define and track metrics to ensure progress against business objectives. Help design reporting frameworks using core tools infrastructure where possible and surface actionable insights to help drive the business.
• Define the problem statement and project scope to deliver against key business objectives. Develop project plans including workstreams and resource requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across business areas and regions to drive insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and working teams, based on analysis, experience, technical acumen, and good judgment, and help drive consensus.
