Job summary

Google seeks a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to help develop go-to-market strategy, organization design, and operating models for the Ads business. You will partner with International Growth and the Tech and Lifestyle Services sector, managing projects with limited guidance and driving solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA preferred.
• 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales activation strategy to achieve business objectives, including annual and quarterly plans.
• Activate strategy through execution, enablement, and change management to ensure key activities are delivered.
• Drive business cadence and streamlined operations for efficiency and results.
• Identify, define and track metrics; design reporting frameworks and surface actionable insights.
• Define the problem statement and project scope; develop project plans with workstreams and resources.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive insights and recommendations to leadership.
