Job summary

Google is seeking a Strategy and Operations Lead within the Americas Large Customer Sales organization to drive cross-functional projects from end to end and own smaller initiatives with limited guidance.

You will craft go-to-market strategies, build scalable analytics, and align resources across product areas, while developing relationships and influencing stakeholders to accelerate growth and improve GTM execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
• MBA degree.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
• 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
• Ability to translate and articulate business problems into easily understood solutions and functional requirements.
• Ability to establish relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional technical and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate a strategic business cadence to ensure operational efficiency and consistent delivery of results.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track progress against core business objectives and build scalable reporting frameworks.
• Cultivate high-trust partnerships across the organization to synchronize priorities and advocate shared outcomes.
• Drive execution through targeted enablement while crafting compelling narratives and business cases.
• Apply deep industry and product expertise to identify growth opportunities and optimize GTM strategies.
