Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution team partners with CEOs, Boards and PE sponsors to unlock growth and improve operations for SaaS and TMT portfolios. The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, data-backed recommendations, and delivering measurable client impact across go-to-market, pricing, and customer success.

In-person engagement is common, with travel and client-site work expected. A Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience is required; MBA is a plus and seniority grows with performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required with several years of experience.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution projects.
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants; guide problem-solving and output quality.
• Manage structured analysis to identify root causes and quantify opportunities.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate complex insights clearly.
• Translate strategy into implementation roadmaps and support client value realization.
• Assist in proposal development, client pitches, and relationship building with sponsors.
