Job summary

EY-Parthenon is looking for a Senior Director for their Strategy and Execution Tech Private Equity Value Creation team, responsible for leading operational projects to unlock growth and efficiency for PE-backed SaaS companies. You will guide a team, manage project delivery, and build relationships with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in consulting or operational roles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management. This role offers a competitive salary and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 8 years of related work experience or a graduate degree and 7 years.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and operational performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution projects.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Consultants and Senior Associates.
• Manage structured analysis to identify root causes and quantify opportunities.
