Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution team is seeking a senior strategy professional in the US to lead end-to-end strategy and execution projects for private equity and PE-backed SaaS clients in the TMT field. You will mentor junior consultants, drive data-backed recommendations, and partner with senior executives to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, often taking interim leadership or PMO roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field with 5+ years related work experience.
• Graduate degree with ~3 years related work experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operating roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution projects, including scoping and planning.
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior consultants; guide problem-solving.
• Perform structured analysis to identify root causes and quantify opportunities.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and communicate insights clearly.
• Translate strategy into implementation roadmaps and support client value realization.
• Assist in proposal development, client pitches, and relationship building with private equity sponsors.
• Contribute to IP development, recruiting, and team-building initiatives.
