Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Tech Private Equity Value Creation team helps PE-backed SaaS businesses improve growth and efficiency. You will partner with management to identify challenges, build actionable insights, and drive execution planning in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a degree in business-related fields and 2 years of experience or a graduate degree with ~18 months. In-person collaboration at client sites or EY offices is expected, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree with related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modelling and PowerPoint storytelling.
• Experience developing client presentations and communicating insights effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to identify root causes and quantify opportunities.
• Develop actionable, data-backed recommendations across GTM, pricing, customer success, product, and operations.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and contribute to presentations with increasing independence.
• Support Directors and Partners by preparing materials for client meetings.
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams and lead internal/client discussions.
