Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks to advance strategy and execution initiatives for private equity backed SaaS and TMT clients. The team partners with management to identify challenges, uncover insights, and drive implementation across go-to-market, pricing, customer success, product, and operations.

You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to realize measurable client value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience or graduate degree with ~3 years experience.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related roles.
• Experience leading complex workstreams in a fast-paced client environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel-based modeling and strategic frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution projects, including scoping and planning.
• Supervise and mentor junior consultants, guiding problem-solving and output quality.
• Perform structured analysis to identify root causes and quantify opportunities.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and present complex insights clearly.
• Translate strategy into implementation roadmaps and drive client value.
• Contribute to proposal development, client pitches, and relationship building with PE sponsors.
• Support scaling the PEVC team through IP development and recruiting.
