Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice offers a Director-level opportunity to lead operational and market-driven initiatives across the transaction lifecycle in a top-tier professional services firm. You will guide cross‑functional teams and interact with CEOs, boards, and private equity clients to unlock value and drive cash generation.

The role requires strong analytics, deal experience, and the ability to manage complex engagements with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy and operations management consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and modeling skills.
• Hands‑on experience in operational due diligence, transformation and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures or carve‑outs, with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational focused projects across the entire transaction lifecycle, including operational due diligence, buy‑side carve‑out and integration planning, post‑acquisition 100‑day support, performance improvement, and exit readiness.
• Manage project teams comprising colleagues from multiple EY‑Parthenon sub‑service lines.
• Work with CEOs, Boards, private equity, and government stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive client engagements and contribute to practice development initiatives.
