Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Director for Crossix Analytics to drive adoption and commercial success of Crossix partner products within the Life Sciences ecosystem.

You will lead go-to-market strategy, build relationships with DSPs and biddable partners, and work with Crossix teams to ensure product positioning, market engagement, and customer value realization. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or in the office as part of our Work Anywhere approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of successful client facing consulting and/or strategy experience.
• 6+ years programmatic experience.
• 4+ years in an analytical role.
• Life Sciences experience required.
• Effective communicator, able to write and speak clearly and with confidence.
• Success owning and driving cross-functional workstreams and managing across stakeholders to drive tangible product outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.

Responsibilities

• Own expansion of Crossix partner products within the partner ecosystem and adoption for Life Sciences advertisers.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams with Partnerships, Product, and Account teams to implement partner products and shape roadmaps.
• Lead go to market messaging for new products and features.
• Forecast product adoption across customers and prospects.
• Own early adopter success, define target criteria, communicate value, and gather customer feedback.
• Support delivery teams in best practice utilization of Crossix products and identify adoption barriers.
