Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Business Strategy Director within Salesforce Experience Services to ensure delivery excellence for major enterprise clients. You will partner with C-level stakeholders to craft industry-specific strategies, define the vision, metrics, and long-term roadmaps, and drive value realization across complex programs in Financial Services and Life Sciences sectors.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with delivery leaders to scale value, manage risk, and promote adoption

Qualifications

15+ years in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements.
Deep expertise in enterprise business strategy, operating model design, and value realization.
Salesforce product knowledge and strategy delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Provide business strategy SME work during delivery cycles and define program scope, value narrative, and pitch.
Distill research to identify customer needs and craft future-state operating models and visions.
Develop multi-year roadmaps prioritizing investments to meet business objectives.
Perform business value assessments and define metrics for tracking value realization.
Drive stakeholder alignment across functions and foster cross-functional partnerships.
Collaborate with program management and delivery teams to integrate value strategies into execution.
Coach and develop other strategists to maintain delivery standards.
