Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Business Strategy Director for the Experience Services Competency in Atlanta, GA.

You will partner with C-level customers to craft strategic roadmaps, translate ambitions into multi-year programs, and drive value realization across large enterprise engagements. The role requires 15+ years of leadership in customer-facing engagements, deep industry knowledge in Financial Services or Life Sciences, and strong collaboration with Sales, Solution Architects, and Change

Qualifications

15+ years in customer-facing roles leading complex experience-led engagements.
Proven experience with Financial Services and/or Life Sciences industries.
Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience.
Strong leadership, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Willingness to travel 25–30% and work onsite with customers.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic advisory across Salesforce products and services during delivery.
Perform discovery and assessments to define future-state operating models and value narratives.
Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Define metrics for value realization and monitor outcomes.
Drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment and adoption of new operating models.
Collaborate with program management and architecture teams to ensure delivery excellence.
