Formación

• 15+ years in customer-facing senior roles delivering enterprise-scale transformations.
• Experience with Financial Services or Life Sciences industries.
• Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic advisory across Salesforce products and services during delivery cycles.
• Perform discovery, assessments, and workshops to shape operating models and value narrative.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps prioritizing investments and outcomes.
• Define metrics and governance for value realization.

• Collaborate with program management and delivery teams to embed value into delivery.
