Job summary

TBWA in New York is seeking a Strategy Director, Connections to lead idea-led, audience-driven strategies across a brand’s ecosystem. You will shape social briefs and campaigns, translate data into compelling creative directions, and drive collaboration with IAT and media partners.

You’ll mentor the strategy team and strengthen client rapport through insightful, outcome-focused work. You’ll partner with Strategy, Business and Creative to deliver nontraditional ideas, while aligning with brand

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, media or connections planning.
• Autonomy and ability to add value to Connections work.
• Proven outputs: audience segmentation, journeys, briefs and plays.
• Senior client-facing experience and relationship building.
• Strong writing, presenting and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connections strategies that curve across a brand's ecosystem.
• Craft social strategies and briefs for moments, series and extensions.
• Translate insights into creative direction and social traction.
• Build strong client relationships and with media partners.
• Attend and lead internal/external workshops; mentor team.
