Initiative in New York, NY seeks a Group Strategy Director to lead the strategic direction for brand communications, aligning cultural insight with business goals. You will guide teams, present new thinking, and ensure insights translate into impactful plans.

You will work with Analytics and Client teams to craft frameworks, mentor junior strategists, and drive growth through strategic outputs that differentiate brands in the marketplace.

• Train and mentor Strategy and Client teams in developing ideas.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to deepen consumer insights.
• Partner with Analytics to develop POVs on research and measurement models.
• Support revenue opportunities through strategic outputs.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to unlock growth.
