• Portfolio showing strategy driving social systems and programs.
• Experience leading complex engagements and senior client alignment.
• Demonstrated people-management experience and coaching.
• Strong writing, storytelling, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience contributing to new business and strategic offerings.
• Fluency across brand positioning, social channels, measurement and AI workflows.

Aufgaben

• Lead senior strategy for a major social account and multiple engagements.
• Turn complex business and brand challenges into an actionable roadmap.
• Decode signals across culture, tech and behavior to surface growth opportunities.
• Determine form for each opportunity: brand platform, campaign, social, digital product, or experience.
• Build strategies rooted in brand, audience and business needs with guardrails.
• Guide qualitative and quantitative research and surface actionable insights.
• Translate strategy into briefs, content systems and measurement plans.
• Partner with creative, technology, production, and client leadership to execute strategy.
• Lead workshops and presentations to align teams and inspire action.
• Develop strategists and maintain strategic direction while guiding day-to-day work.
