Qualifications

• Nine (9) years of demonstrated experience in strategic planning, strategic initiatives management, solution development, P&L management, business development, or related roles.
• Public speaking and presentation experience.
• Budget design and management experience.
• Experience creating digital strategies.
• Business Consulting and Strategy work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategy, anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities and ensuring integration with wider functional strategy.
• Develop tactical plans for optimizing resources and assets within a significant area or department.
• Develop functional or operational policies and help develop policy frameworks for area of responsibility or department.
• Participate in formulating the strategy and identifying, evaluating, and structuring key transactions to maximize value across product life cycles.
• Develop and propose annual business plans, align with strategy, and propose budgets and KPIs.
• Make authoritative recommendations about technical or professional solutions to improve performance.
• Identify actions needed to implement the function's strategy and communicate with stakeholders.
• Guide a midsize team to align around decisions informed by diverse perspectives.
