Ladders is seeking a Leadership Development Consultant to help shape leadership growth across the organization. You will build trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders, guide discovery conversations, and design virtual development sessions in a remote setting.

You will collaborate with an international team to deliver initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and workplace performance, while enabling flexible, remote work and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years in senior HR or organizational development roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience facilitating leadership and coaching sessions.
• Self-motivated and capable of remote work.
• Passion for continuous learning and leadership development.
