• 4 to 8+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial data analysis and modeling.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on execution.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy & BizOps Senior Manager / Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will partner directly with senior leadership on the highest-priority business questions and growth initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will help build the operating cadence, reporting infrastructure, and decision-making frameworks needed to support scale in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment. You will also step into ambiguous, high-impact workstreams that require both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
