Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Operations Manager to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee core operational planning and execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, helping build scalable processes and improve cross-functional coordination.

You will enhance delivery visibility, develop SOPs, manage dependencies, track KPIs, and influence culture and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operational, program, or project management in dynamic environments.
• Background in engineering or industrial engineering with practical experience.
• Proven ability in planning and execution of complex initiatives.
• Advanced skills in financial management and budgeting processes.
• Expertise in capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Strong organizational skills with systems-based thinking.
• Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision making.

For our client, we are seeking a Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will oversee core operational planning and execution across a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The Operations Manager will help build scalable processes, strengthen cross-functional coordination, and improve visibility into delivery and performance. Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $165,000 annually
