Ladders is seeking an Associate Director / Senior Managing Consultant to help build and grow a new financial services operations & technology consulting capability. The role focuses on transformation across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments, improving operating models, execution, and technology-enabled change.

You will partner with client stakeholders, contribute to business development, and deliver high-impact recommendations in a regulated environment, with remote collaboration

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of consulting experience in financial services transformation.
• Experience in retail banking, consumer lending, or credit card operations.
• Led large-scale transformation programs in regulated environments.
• Strong communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director / Senior Managing Consultant - Financial Services Operations & Technology to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will help shape and grow a new financial services operations and technology consulting capability within an established professional services environment. The position will focus on transformation work across consumer lending, retail banking, and payments, with an emphasis on improving operating models, execution, and technology-enabled change. You will partner closely with client stakeholders, contribute to business development and thought leadership, and help deliver high-impact recommendations that support regulated financial services organizations. The role also offers the opportunity to collaborate with AI specialists and apply emerging tools to strengthen consulting delivery.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 annually
