For our client, we are seeking a Startup Products Strategy & Operations, Insights & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will sit at the intersection of product strategy, business operations, and analytics, with a strong focus on understanding startup customer behavior and product performance. The person in this role will turn user data into actionable insights that shape strategy, inform prioritization, and support decision-making across the product organization. They will also help translate analytical findings into external narratives and internal dashboards that improve visibility into trends, opportunities, and outcomes. Location: Remote Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
