Job summary

Autoland is seeking a highly analytical Director, Business Operations & Performance Analytics to shape the future through data-driven decisions, operational excellence, and strategic execution. You will partner with senior leadership, drive revenue growth, and improve profitability across multiple business areas.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the role emphasizes forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the organization responsibly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience using analytics to improve revenue, profitability, or performance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario-planning capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance across consumer sales, dealer partnerships, credit union partnerships, ancillary products, and operations.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and BI tools.
• Build forecasts, financial models, and budgeting planning tools.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from analysis through implementation.
• Present findings and strategic insights to the CEO and leadership team.
