Job summary
ACV Auctions seeks a Commercial Analytics Director to lead the analytics and BI strategy, turning data into decisions that drive revenue and improve operations across our channels. You will partner with Commercial Solutions and Sales to deliver account-level analyses and executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
- 10+ years in commercial analytics, revenue/strategy analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years leading analytics teams and driving BI strategy.
- Strong foundation in statistics and quantitative methods.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the commercial analytics and BI strategy.
- Design and build executive-grade KPI dashboards in BI tools.
- Partner with Sales, Pricing, Finance to measure performance and drive opportunities.
- Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for executives and customers.
- Develop segmentation and lifetime-value views for high-value accounts.
- Surface bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency through analytics.
