• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 10+ years of analytics experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Prior auto insurance industry experience required.
• Proven success leading analytics teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations, rating compliance, and model governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics function and develop the analytics strategy.
• Drive predictive analytics, ML models, and advanced statistical solutions.
• Ensure model governance, transparency, and regulatory alignment.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts.
• Partner with IT, Data Engineering, and business units to deliver insights and ROI.
