Job summary

Autolus is seeking a senior operations leader to translate global strategy into the US plan, coordinating brand, budget and people initiatives. You will design dashboards, drive forecasting, and provide actionable analytics across functions to support decision-making.

The role requires 7+ years in biotech/pharma or consulting, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Travel up to 30% may be required; a BS or MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of US biotech/pharma and/or consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Finances, Economics, or Business; Graduate Degree or MBA preferred.
• Significant Oncology, cellular therapy and/or rare disease experience.
• Strong leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain US leadership dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Lead the US forecasting process coordinating inputs across functions and global teams.
• Manage US budget, brand analytics, and performance insights to inform strategy and investments.
• Collaborate with US marketing to translate market research into actionable plans.
• Develop and lead high-performing operations teams and drive continuous improvement.
